RESERVATION POLICIES

BEACH CLUB - SUN LOUNGES AND TABLES

A cover charge is required for use of the facilities, 100% of which is credited to food and beverages. During weekends and peak seasons, reservations with advance payment are suggested due to high demand. All reservations made through Open Table without advance payment have a 15-minute grace period and are subject to space availability upon arrival.

Guests at the ME Cabo hotel do not need to pay a cover charge or minimum bill for using the lounge chairs and beach club.

BEACH CLUB - VIP AREAS

VIP areas such as Private Residences, Lounges, or Islands require 100% prepayment online for your reservation, of which 100% is credited toward food and beverage consumption. If you made a regular reservation on Open Table and wish to upgrade to a VIP area, prepayment online and selection of the area are required.

The last reservation for VIP areas is 2 PM, with a maximum one-hour grace period. Additional guests beyond those included in the VIP area price pay the basic lounge chair cover on-site and receive 100% credit toward food and beverages.

Guests at ME Cabo require 100% prepayment online to reserve a VIP area, which is credited 100% toward food and beverage consumption.

Umbrellas, towels and pool access.
WiFi, toilets, changing rooms and showers.
Boutique with additional cost.

GENERAL POLICIES

Suitable for all ages. Children up to 12 years old are covered free of charge. Children 13 and older are considered adults. Grupo RosaNegra reserves the right to request identification from minors.
All credit card payments require identification.
Entry with drinks or food purchased outside the establishment is prohibited.
Cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.
In case of bad weather you can request a change of date according to availability or use the credit in the covered restaurant for lunch or dinner.

RESTAURANT

Reservations in the Restaurant area do not require a cover charge and can be made directly on Open Table. All reservations have a 15-minute grace period.
